Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses that may result in lost or delayed packages.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

Within Europe: 2-5 business days

Outside Europe (International): 3-7 business days

These are estimated delivery times. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or high shipping volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Standard shipping: Automatically calculated at checkout.

Free shipping: Available for orders over a certain amount (check our current promotions).

Express shipping: May be available for an additional fee.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

You can track your package in real-time and see the estimated delivery date.

If your tracking does not update within a few days, please contact us for assistance.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be applied to their order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Please check your tracking number for updates.

Contact the shipping carrier for more information.

If your order is lost or has not arrived within 15 business days, please reach out to our support team, and we will assist you in locating or replacing your order.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

We can reship the order, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If the order is refunded, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

After the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
